Through a monthly email newsletter sent to those interested, we provide historical information on the actual history of the area and on the preservation history of The Seville Square Historic District and surrounding areas downtown. We, also, relay current information petinent to the area, it's redevelopment and restoration.

We have in place By-Laws and other papers qualifying us with the state as a non-proft organization and are registered with the state as such (available on request). Interest at this point is, however, the dissimination and exchange of information between us and those who live and work in the area.

About NIS and the Christmas Market:

The Pensacola Christmas Market at Seville Square is modeled on old world Christmas markets in Europe and as such melds well with our old historic town of Pensacola around Seville Square. This is an event in a festive holiday setting featuring Artists and Craft persons selling Art and unique gift items, food and drink appropriate to the season, a multitude of performances in our famous gazebo of musicians, dancers and actors, story-tellers, all local, in holiday mode as well as Christmas activities for the children by local cultural groups. It is about a time less commercial and a family event celebrating the season. It is, of course, free. Come experience the real meaning of the season and help us preserve our unique history.
